I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, burnout, women’s issues, and performance-related stress (sports, work, school). My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, meaning therapy is tailored to how your brain and nervous system work—not focused on fixing or forcing change.
