NEW Client Phone Consultation Free (15 minutes)
Individual Counseling $140 per session (50 minute session)
Couples/Family Counseling $150 per session (50 minute session)
Individual Therapy: I offer private pay and am also credentialed with the following insurance companies: Aetna and Cigna, BCBS of Texas. and United Healthcare (Optum). Insurance is accepted for individual therapy services that meet medical necessity requirements. For these insurance companies, your rate with insurance will be dependent on your plan's coverage. I utilize Headway for insurance billing. After your intake call, you will receive a link from Headway to confirm your benefits.
If your insurance is not listed above, and you are attempting to pursue out-of-network insurance reimbursement, I am happy to provide a superbill for you to do so.
Couples therapy is offered as a private pay service and is not billed to insurance, as most insurance plans do not cover relationship counseling.
