My Approach
I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard and respected. I focus on treating the whole person’s mind, body and spirit and find joy in helping others discover their full potential. I can also provide faith-based Christian counseling upon request.

​I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, burnout, women’s issues, and performance-related stress. My approach is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, meaning therapy is tailored to how your brain and nervous system work—not focused on fixing or forcing change.
